Ann’s international business career across APAC, EMEA and the USA allowed her to work in the areas of change and empowering high-performing teams. With the seamless alignment between AQai,’s scientifically-backed approach to strengthening adaptability in the workplace, she became a certified Level 2 AQai Practitioner. Ann now empowers teams to navigate change with confidence while propelling towards achieving their goals.

Ed Woytowicz

Ed joined Achievement in Motion in 2011 where he facilitated communication, team building, and sales. Ed’s 30 years of sales and employee training in the pharmaceutical industry allows him to connect well with our clients. His creativity and entertaining personality are an excellent addition to our team. He attended Millersville University and is certified in Everything DiSC and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team.
