Dr. Michelle S. Bisno, Ed.D

With a doctorate in Educational Leadership, a Masters in Counseling, and over 28 years of business and personal consulting experience, Michelle offers her expertise to companies seeking to optimize their bottom line while actively engaging a multi-generational workforce.  Achievement in Motion specializes in managerial skill building, increasing employee engagement and improving business outcomes. Her progressive integration of training, engagement, assessment, and measurement (TEAM) building skills have proven effective in promoting work cultures and stimulating corporate growth. She is devoted to leading the way with key future trends that set companies up for success and apart from their competition.

Desiree Perez joined Achievement in Motion in 2016 as a Senior Consultant. She has been in the field of Talent and Organizational Development for over 25 years where she worked and consulted with Fortune 500 companies. Her talents include instructional design, coaching and helping clients to see what they might not be able to see. Her goal is to help our clients reach optimal performance through customized training and facilitation. Desiree holds a B.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Williams College and is certified in Everything DiSC and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team.

Ed Woytowicz has been a part of the Achievement in Motion team since 2011 leading training in the areas of communication, team building and sales. Prior to this work, Ed spent 30 years in the Pharmaceutical industry holding positions in both the sales and training functions. Ed brings a gift for connecting with audiences in a fast-paced environment sharing his excellent organizational and creative skills. He has a BA in Biology from Millersville University and is certified in Everything DiSC and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team.

Alisa Williams has been with Achievement in Motion since 2015 as Project Manager and Technical Support for many of our online systems. She supports our clients with any help that is needed. Her customer service and knowledge of the different tools we utilize is impeccable. Alisa attended The University of Texas at Austin and holds a BBA in Accounting and Management.
